Gottfried is an Austrian top chef from Ötztal that has proven his skills in tourism and gastronomy for over three decades. He has spent his all life in Ötztal, the same place were you will spend the most wonderful vacation. Before retiring, he worked as head chef at the Central Spa & Genießerhotel Sölden and has received many awards, including the "Toque d'Honneur", the eternal toque from Gault Millau. Even in this new and quieter phase of his life, he does not want to lose contact with guests and rents out his idyllic attic apartment in the historic center of Öetz.
